Small business owners and managers can access free, immediate advice through the Workplace Relations Helpline on (but not limited to) the following topics:

• Compliance with Fair Work Act obligations
• Employee awards, pay rates and leave entitlements
• Workplace policies and procedures
• Managing underperformance
• Dealing with workplace conflict

Qualified workplace relations advisors will provide answers to your questions on the phone. Each call typically lasts 10-15 minutes. Please note this service is not suitable for employees seeking advice regarding their employment conditions.
